I closed my physical storefront in early January due to family commitments, requiring a significant life adjustment. After months of reflection, I am delighted to announce that Catwalk Instyle is ready for its future exciting New Chapter! After careful consideration, I've decided to present the business for sale, creating an opportunity for someone to build on the brand's success and take it to a new level! Although this decision was difficult, given my profound dedication to the brand, I am enthusiastic about inspiring someone to propel it forward and satisfy the high demand. A well-established women's retail brand, operating for 18 years, seeks strategic expansion into retail & wholesale markets. Founded and nurtured by its current owner Marian Rahme, the brand Catwalk Instyle boasts a devoted customer base and is renowned for exceptional, personalized service and diverse product offerings . To accelerate growth, a visionary owner-operator with a keen fashion sense and market knowledge is required, capable of identifying emerging trends and exploring accessory market opportunities.

1. Our existing Shopify website is already operational with an established customer database. The website is open to WORLDWIDE CUSTOMERS.

2. Instagram account with an organic following of over 47k.

3. Facebook account with over 7.5K organic followers.

4. The integration of all social networks with Shopify Website supports marketing strategies and enables an effortless sales experience.

5. The established business name 'Catwalk Instyle' has a high level of demand and is significantly missed in the industry, now ready for new ownership to take it forward with fresh new vision and products.

6. Excellent long-term relationships with Australian wholesale contacts list will be provided.

8. A TWO DAY 6hr full training and guidance of the business operations after signing the business sale contract to ensure a smooth handover. Everything is easily setup and easy to learn. I'm happy to inspire and guide the new ownership if they require it.

The New owner is responsible for introducing new brands and potentially their own exclusive brand if they wish for a new direction. 

The website, Instagram, and Facebook platforms are already set up, integrated and require your management expertise with fresh new stock collections.

The business price has been set. Due to privacy it will be discussed with the serious potential buyers. Also documents of sales turnover and valuation are available, but cannot be sent via email, and will only be shown in personal meeting.
