Terms of Service

• A one-on-one consultation at the showroom, with our friendly and experienced senior stylists.
• As this is a complimentary styling service and spaces are limited we cannot guarantee that we will have availability for unscheduled appointments. So we advise to please choose your appointments carefully at initial time of booking.
• If there's a particular dress you would like to book an appointment to try please touch base with us to see if the style or size is available or check the size via our website.
• At Catwalk InStyle we pride ourselves on the quality of our garments, it is because of this that we assist clients when trying on our beautiful pieces, and want to make sure that we deliver you with an undamaged garment when you purchase from us. You are welcome to bring any undergarments necessary including shape wear to your appointment. As we will ensure exit our store with the right fit and a great experience with our team.
• Customers are permitted to bring one person to their appointment or children due to our capacity limit.
• All appointment sessions are 50 mins.  Please ensure you attend your appointment on time to not cut away your time.
• Rescheduling or cancellations must be provided with at least 48hrs notice.
• If you are unable to use our online booking system or are having any issues please contact us via phone to arrange an appointment or make changes to a pre-existing appointment.
• Catwalk InStyle highly values the health & safety of each unique member of our community – including both you and our team. We kindly request that upon arrival you check in with the NSW Government app, sanitize and wear a mask during your time in store.
• We look forward to styling you for all your events!
• Our In store Booking Service is available between Tues- Sat 10am-3pm.
